30 hours a week for up to a year or 37 hours a week for up to 41 weeks
£20,661 (£18,070 trainee) pro-rata

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate advice delivery and ideally, debt casework experience, plus a commitment to the provision of free, independent, impartial and confidential advice.

Personal Navigator
St Ann’s Advice Centre
Salary: £24,344.00 per annum
Hours: 35 per week
Fixed term contract until 31st October 2019

St Ann’s Advice Centre, Nottingham is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced Personal Navigator to work with and support unemployed or economically inactive people experiencing financial crisis along their journey to improve their financial well-being.

Although your base will be St Ann’s Advice Centre, most of your time will be on Outreach around the Nottinghamshire areas of Newark and Sherwood, Gedling, Arnold, Mansfield, Bolsover.

The Advice Nottingham consortium have been awarded funding from the Big Lottery and the European Social Fund to deliver an innovative project working with financially excluded people across the D2N2 area (Derbyshire, Derby City, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire).

‘Money Sorted in D2N2’ is about excluded people. It offers a programme of person-centred support and a range of bespoke interventions designed to enable people experiencing financial crisis and financial hardship to take control, build confidence, and improve their money management skills to tackle their problems and move out of poverty and exclusion.
